With nearly two decades at Odyssey Marine Exploration, Kelli Stronczer has grown alongside the company, supporting a wide range of projects through her expertise in marine operations, logistics, procurement, and project management. As Marine Operations Manager, she oversees vessel logistics, crew coordination, and QHSE initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant offshore operations.

Kelli manages supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, transportation, and warehousing, while also serving as a primary liaison for vessel agents and port services. In her role, she integrates operational precision with a strong focus on safety and compliance, ensuring that Odyssey’s offshore projects are delivered seamlessly. Her depth of experience, certifications in auditing, purchasing, and Lean Six Sigma, and her ability to balance multiple responsibilities make her a trusted leader in the company’s operations.
