Larissa Pommeraud joined Odyssey Marine Exploration’s Board of Directors in March 2025 and is a member of the Compensation Committee.

She currently advises a portfolio of ocean and wellness-focused organizations, including Agno Health and Marine Applied Research and Exploration (MARE), where she serves as Chair of the Board.

Ms. Pommeraud previously held leadership roles in strategy and growth at StubHub, Art.com, Minted, and League One Volleyball. Prior to her corporate leadership experience, she spent 14 years at Bain & Company, where she served as a strategy consultant and led Bain’s North American marketing practice and EMEA strategy and operations.

Her career spans global P&L leadership with expertise in scaling businesses through innovation and market expansion, as well as executing growth through strategic acquisitions. While at StubHub (a $5 billion subsidiary of eBay), she also represented the company on the boards of three portfolio technology investments.

Ms. Pommeraud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude, and an MBA from the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD).
