Todd E. Siegel joined Odyssey’s Board of Directors in March 2021 and has served as Chairman of the Governance and Nominating Committee since June 2021.

Mr. Siegel is the CEO of Centered Solutions, a company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of high-speed prescription dispensing automation for the pharmacy industry. He previously served as President and CEO of MTS Medication Technologies, Inc. from 1993 until its acquisition by Omnicell in 2012, continuing in the CEO role through the transition. He joined MTS in 1985 and played a pivotal role in scaling the business into a leading provider of medication packaging automation in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Siegel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

In addition to his role at Odyssey, Mr. Siegel serves on the Board of Directors of Superior Group of Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGC), where he is the chair of the Governance, Nominating and Ethics Committee and a member of the Capital and Compensation Committees. He is a lifetime member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), a member of YPO Gold, and has served on several nonprofit boards.
